Small Business Volution: General Terms and Conditions

We may have quoted you on your very own Digital Marketing Engine, or marketing consulting, or to design and develop your professional website, or some AdWords campaigns, or to help you grow your business to the next level. Please note that all quotes are subject to our T&C's below:

  1. DEPOSITS and CANCELLATIONS

    • Once we understand your needs, we'll provide a success roadmap for you, which may involve a single deliverable, or we may mutually agree to implement in phases. You will be formally quoted for each distinct phase of work and upon your acceptance of such quote, a 50% deposit will be required before work will commence.
    • See our accepted methods of payment here.
    • If a long requirements discovery process is required, needs definition sessions will be billed for on a weekly basis, together with a detailed report of findings and recommendations to date so that you are able to stop the discovery process without losing value.
    • Once work is complete, you'll be invoiced for the balance, payable upon presentation.
    • Full payment of the balance of the total quote amount has to be received before any website, passwords, documents etc will be released.
    • Cancellation: If we've already started work after you accepted our written quote, you will lose the deposit paid. If we receive ample warning before finishing all your work, we will not invoice you for the full balance; although actual costs (e.g. stock or travel) incurred, will be invoiced to you.
    • If we should refund any amount at our sole discretion, a R500 administration fee applies.

  2. APPOINTMENTS

    • We offer ONE FREE APPOINTMENT of 40min. If you make this appointment and then cancel it within 24 hours of the appointment, or you do not show, the free appointment is forfeited.
    • Any subsequent appointment not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, will be charged for at our standard consulting rate.

  3. INCURRED COSTS

    • Travel Costs seldom apply as we do most of our work remotely, however, where required, it will incur standard AA rates, plus a fee to cover time spent.
    • Incidentals: where a project incurs actual costs, e.g. printing of brochures or signs, courier costs, data charges in the event of unusually large volumes of data, or 3rd party services or deliverables, these will be recovered from the client in all cases, at at least the actual cost price.

  4. GENERAL

    • By using our services, you agree that we may use your logo, photo and any testimonial provided, on our Website and Social Media. This also assists you in that it helps Google find, index and rank your site/page and it provides free exposure to your business.
    • The quality of our advice and deliverables are inextricably linked to the clarity and completeness of information provided to us by clients. If pertinent information should come to light after work has started that affects the size and applicability of our recommended solution, this may increase the quoted total. It is critical that clients share their small business challenges, situation, dreams and existing issues with us openly.
    • If required, we are happy to sign an NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement) although we treat all client information in strictest confidence anyway.

If our terms are not acceptable to you, we encourage you to find another organisation to assist you.

If you do, you can rest assured that our terms are also there for your protection, as it allows us to provide you with the most professional, quality service.

Our very affordable small business tariffs are based on these T&C's. Therefore we ask for your understanding - as without these T&C's, our prices would be much higher!
